whats do you know about Gemblong?how to make?     Gemblong meal or snack market is typical of Indonesia, Gemblong made from glutinous rice. Can be found in traditional markets   Ingredients: 100 grams of white glutinous rice flour 50 grams coarsely grated coconut 1/4 teaspoon salt 60 ml of warm coconut milk 1/4 coconut oil for frying Coating materials: 50 grams sugar 50 grams of brown sugar, comb  75 ml of water How to make:   1. Gemblong: Mix of white glutinous rice flour, grated coconut rough, and salt. Stir well. Pour the coconut milk little by little while diuleni until smooth. Take a little dough, oval shape. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked. Remove and drain.  2. Upholstery: Heat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and water until frothy and thick.  3. Add Gemblong, stirring until bandaged. Turn off the heat, stir until the sugar and dried banded.
